WHAT MAKES THE FPVA TRAINING SYSTEM UNIQUE?Our distinguished approach to systematically perfect pole vault technique is unmatched. The FPVA training system is developed to methodically improve an athletes fundamental pole vault form by utilizing specialized technical drills to develop each phase of the pole vault chain independently.
OUR MISSION
The Florida Pole Vault Academy is a non-profit organization created to provide supreme coaching of pole vault technique and safety to athletes of all levels. We also strive to provide opportunities for underprivileged youth athletes to pole vault competitively.ABOUT US
The Florida Pole Vault Academy currently conducts free pole vault safety clinics throughout Florida, and provides proper pole vault technique training year around through our official Amateur Athletic Union Club. FPVA Head Coach, Bob Leidel is a Certified Pole Vault Coach through the National Pole Vault Coaches Association and the Pole Vault Safety Certification Board. Bob has been coaching pole vaulters privately for 5 years and has been the head coach of the FPVA for two years.
